PCC Boot Camp will be presented jointly by Postal and Industry representatives to demonstrate the partnership that exists among successfully operated PCCs.

Each module is one hour and 15 minutes, including a Q&A segment and all interactive activities.  Breakfast and lunch will be provided. Sessions will be highly interactive, with breakouts, role playing, live demos, and games. This approach should create a better learning environment and generate lots of fun.   All attendees of PCC Boot Camp will receive a digital Credly badge to share on their social media sites showing they are Boot Camp certified.  Here is a sneak peak of some of the topics the National PCC Program Office and the PCC Advisory Committee members will cover:
